BRAF is seeking proposals from a multidisciplinary team to develop a new downtown master plan for Baton Rouge that presents visionary ideas and a framework to guide comprehensive growth and investment over the next decade. Building on the success of previous downtown master plans, the new plan is intended to build on downtown’s unique strengths, particularly our riverfront.
The overarching goal of this master plan is to create a vision that guides decision making and defines the set of coordinated actions necessary for successful implementation of the plan’s recommendations.
